王先铁，博士，三级教授，博士生导师。中国钢结构协会疲劳与稳定分会、风电结构分会理事，中国建筑节能协会工程改造与加固分会专家组专家。2012年被评为陕西省“青年科技新星”，中组部第12批“西部之光”访问学者。主要研究方向为钢结构稳定与抗震、钢管混凝土组合结构、可恢复功能结构、输电杆塔结构的力学性能与设计方法等。主持国家自然科学基金（3项）、中国博士后科学基金、教育部博士点基金、住房与城乡建设部科研项目、陕西省自然科学基金、陕西省青年科技新星项目及横向科研项目30余项。出版专著2部，主编教材1部，参编教材4部，参编技术标准2部。发表学术论文140余篇，授权国家专利44项（其中发明专利12项）。获省部级科技奖一等奖1...
