城乡给排水管网低碳安全输运团队

Description of Research Group:
城乡给排水管网低碳安全输运团队由卢金锁教授组建，长期从事给排水管网低碳安全输运方向的研究与应用工作。针对供排水管网的水质演变和水量突变引发城市安全事故与居民健康风险问题，团队聚焦水力生化耦合作用下不同水平浓度污染物在管道输运过程中非控演变机理和水量突变机制等科学问题，建立管道内外多因素作用下的水质演变控制与收运水外溢风险评估理论，研发安全风险管控技术与装备，构建起“供水-污水-雨水”城市全链条水安全输运体系的科学研究与社会服务机制。
