摘要:
This study used secondary effluent as raw water, the apparent molecular weight distribution (AMWD) of organic substances in water was changed with preozonization, and flat polyvinylidenefluoride (PVDF) UF membrane with molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) 30 kDa was adopted to filtrate the raw water with different AMWD of organic substances. Then the influence of AMWD of organic substances in water on membrane resistances was discussed. The results showed preozonization could effectively improve the biodegradability of secondary effluent, the AMWD of organic substances in water was different in different ozone contact time, the AMWD of organic substances had great influence on membrane resistances, and blocking and cake layer resistances had controlling force over fouling resistance, the relationship between AMWD of organic substances and membrane resistances went as follows (i) when d/φ<2/15 (d: molecular weight of the organic substances in water,φ: membrane pore size), the organic substances could easily permeate the membrane pore, and when 2/15< d/φ<1/3, the organic substances tended to be adsorbed in the inside of membrane pore; (ii) when 1/3< d/φ<1, the organic substances mainly caused the interior membrane pore blocking, and when 1< d/φ<5/3, the organic substances mainly caused the block in membrane surface; (iii) when d/φ>1, especially when d/φ>5/3, the organic substances mainly formed the membrane surface cake.
