复合烃油捕收剂改善高钙回水选钼效果的试验研究

Abstract:
针对高钙回水影响辉钼矿浮选效果,以不影响辉钼矿与其它非钼硫化矿物浮选分离且改善高钙回水中辉钼矿浮选指标为目的,采用脂肪烃类捕收剂中添加适量稠环芳烃的方法获得一种基于脂肪烃和稠环芳烃的复合烃油捕收剂。结果表明,当脂肪烃类捕收剂中掺入4%的稠环芳烃时,其高钙回水选钼指标最佳;与未添加稠环芳烃的脂肪烃类捕收剂相比,在粗精矿品位相近的情况下,高钙回水选钼回收率提高了3%以上。 -
