超声冲-滚工业纯钛焊接接头表面性能研究

- Abstract:设计了一种新型的超声处理方法—超声冲-滚(UI&R),以改善普通针式UIT操作可控性差造成的金属材料表面粗糙度过高、表面应力分布不均匀等问题。采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对比测试了普通针式UIT和UI&R处理工业纯钛焊接接头表层的残余应力、特征峰强度和表面粗糙度,实验结果表明:UI&R处理各条件下工业纯钛焊接接头区域残余压应力均匀程度较高;UI&T处理后纯钛表层组织细化至纳米级,最小晶粒尺寸为2A-9min处理条件下的69.7nm;UI&T2A-6min处理工业纯钛焊接接头表面粗糙度为4.6μm,仅为UIT同等处理参数下的51%。与普通针式UIT相比,UI&R处理能够使工业纯钛焊接接头处的残余压应力更加均匀、表面粗糙度更低,2A-6min为UI&R处理改善工业纯钛焊接接头表面性能的最优工艺参数。
