- 摘要:
- Before and after chemical oxidized soil samples in the contamination with tank oil were investigated by soil respiration measurements. After chemical oxidation pretreatment by NaMnO4 (1 stoichiometric dose), the microbial respiration rate did not exhibit an inhibiting effect. Total cumulative CO2 amount of chemical oxidized sample is 850.24 mmol during 28-day biological treatment, which is 3-fold of non-chemical oxidized samples(the value is 272.11 mmol). In contrast, oxidized samples exhibited the highest oxygen consumption indicating biodegradation of TPH. Highest O2 consumption rate is 70 mmol/(L · h), the O2 consumption rate constant is 1.57 and were described using a zero-order kinetic model. In addition, chemical oxidized soils consumed 1.22 mol O2 per mol CO2, this value is smaller than 1.45 (i.e. the theoretical value of mol O2/mol CO2). So, TPH were mineralized more easily by bacteria after chemical oxidation than that before chemical oxidation. The respiration experiment results indicated that bioremediation is feasible after chemical oxidation. The soil respiration experiment is the simple method of assessing the microbial activity after in situ chemical oxidation (ISCO).
