Al2O3/ZrO2纳米复合粉前驱体的制备

- Abstract:本文采用草酸为络合剂，氨水为沉淀剂制备Al2O3/ZrO2复合粉的前驱体，研究了不同沉淀剂对Al2O3/ZrO2复合粉前驱体溶胶团聚的影响。利用透射电镜(TEM)对溶胶进行了表征，研究结果表明：采用草酸为络合剂，氨水为沉淀剂的方法可以明显的改善Al2O3/ZrO2复合粉前驱体溶胶的团聚情况，干燥后得到的复合粉体没有明显的硬团聚；但络合法制得的复合粉的收得率低于直接法。
