On Al2O3/ZrO2 nano-composite powders precursors

• Abstract:以草酸为络合剂,氨水为沉淀剂制备Al2O3/ZrO2纳米复合粉的前驱体,研究了不同沉淀剂对其前驱体溶胶团聚的影响。利用透射电镜(TEM)对溶胶进行表征。研究结果表明:采用草酸为络合剂,氨水为沉淀剂的方法可以明显的改善Al2O3/ZrO2纳米复合粉前驱体溶胶的团聚情况,干燥后得到的纳米复合粉体没有明显的硬团聚;但络合法制得的复合粉的收得率低于直接法。
