- Abstract:为了解决爪极红切边存在较多毛刺、锻件切边变形的问题,分析了毛刺产生的原因,即冲切的过程中,凸凹模刃口的作用力在锻件内部形成较大的弯矩,飞边旋转并被拉断,形成较大的倾斜断面,多余材料在凹模侧壁的挤压作用下形成毛刺,该弯矩也使锻件变形。提出了强力压边切边工艺和模具来控制剪裂区的变形,模拟和实验结果表明强力压边过程中减少了飞边在切断处的厚度,并在该处造成应力集中。凸模压下时,该处发生颈缩并发展为裂纹,防止飞边在冲断过程中发生弯曲并被拉入凹模孔口中,飞边断面平整,锻件变形小。
