爪极预锻上模组合模芯优化设计

- Abstract:为了解决爪极预锻上模模芯易在凸台圆角和爪齿型腔外侧圆角处开裂的问题,设计了爪极预锻上模组合模芯。采用Deform-3D数值模拟软件对爪极预锻上模整体模芯和组合模芯进行了模拟分析,并通过正交试验对组合模芯的结构参数进行了优化。分析结果表明:爪极预锻上模组合模芯具有更好的成形性能和较低的模具应力,组合模芯优化后的结构参数为:凸台模芯直径Ф43 mm、凸台模芯斜度0°、凸台模芯过盈量0.3 mm、模套过盈量0.6 mm、凸台模芯高度47 mm。预锻成形试验表明,3层组合模具可以有效避免预锻上模的开裂缺陷。
