长枝杈喷油器体锻造工艺分析

- Abstract:为解决长枝杈喷油器体毛坯锻造时枝杈难以充满的问题,提出了一种局部镦粗—限流预锻—终锻—红切边成形工艺。采用结构分析的方法确定了原始坯料的尺寸为直径Φ32 mm、长度161 mm,并采用有限元和实验方法分析了该工艺的可行性。研究结果表明,新工艺预锻时限流槽能控制坯料流动,相比于常规成形方式,可在不增加坯料尺寸的情况下,将更多的金属聚集在锻件枝杈型腔处,并保证了终锻时长枝杈的充填完整,成功锻造出外形实完好的产品。
