Abstract:
本文利用有限元(FEM)和神经网络(ANN)相结合的方法建立了TC4棒材的挤压模型,采用金相显微组织观察的方法对挤压后的TC4棒材晶粒度组织进行分析和评估。结果表明:在TC4挤压过程中,最佳的ANN模型结构为4-12-1,模型中最佳的动量因子为0.8。挤压后的TC4外层和内层金相组织存在明显的差异。 -
