Abstract:

本文介绍了龙钢高炉富氧喷吹煤粉的设计技术特点。实践证明,通过狠抓入炉原燃料质量、改善高炉透气性、优化高炉操作制度、狠抓炉前管理等措施,取得了较好的经济效益,其中1#高炉富氧率已接近3%,利用系数达到3.12,煤比达112 kg/t。
