Abstract:

以铁精矿粉为供铁剂,使用工业废渣氨浸渣、钼酸钙进行了直接还原冶炼钼铁实验研究,分析了氨浸渣及钼酸钙加入量对碱度、冶炼周期、金属回收率、冶炼温度的影响。结果表明,钼酸钙含量增加,碱度提高,金属回收率上升,冶炼周期随之降低;氨浸渣加入量增加,冶炼温度下降。在1 500℃,CaMoO4/氨浸渣质量比1.5,碱度1.2时,冶炼效果较好。
