变形参数对纯镍N6流变应力变化的影响规律研究

- Abstract:利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机,对纯镍N6板材进行了平面应变流变应力研究,分析了变形温度及应变速率对纯镍N6板材流变应力的影响规律。并利用Arrhenius双曲正弦函数模型,建立了纯镍N6板材的峰值流变应力本构方程。得出在732、782、880℃,影响流变应力变化的主要因素是变形温度;在980、1080℃,流变应力的变化受变形温度和应变速率共同影响。
