铜/钼/铜复合板显微组织和力学性能

- Abstract:采用热轧和温轧方法制备铜/钼/铜复合板,研究压下量对复合板显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:铜/钼/铜复合板界面结合良好,结合机制为齿状啮合,界面处无元素扩散;随着压下量增加,铜层晶粒被拉长细化,钼层纤维组织变得更细密;抗拉强度随着压下量增加而增大,横向抗拉强度大于纵向抗拉强度;热轧后复合板的延伸率大于温轧后的延伸率,同时发现,热轧后横向延仲率大于纵向延仲率,但温轧后横向延伸率小于纵向延仲率;复合板的显微硬度随着变形量的增加而增加,界面处硬度介于铜钼之间;复合板断口形貌中,钼为脆性断裂,靠近界面处铜为脆性断裂,外侧为延性断裂。
