冷轧纯镍N6板材组织及拉伸断口形貌分析

- Abstract:对纯镍N6板材不同冷轧变形量下的金相组织进行了观察分析,得出了不同变形量下纯镍N6板材冷轧晶粒变形规律;并对变形量为30%的冷轧板材进行了室温、300、400、500℃的拉伸试验,分析对比了不同条件下的拉伸断口形貌,得出纯镍N6板材的断裂是以韧性断裂为主的韧脆混合断裂。
