- 镇安某铁矿属于钛铁矿,因铁品位低,钛品位高,该矿钛铁难以分离,不能得到合理的利用。试验通过研究分析,采用煤基直接还原—磁选工艺处理矿石,能够有效地实现钛和铁的综合利用。经过加工的矿粉在煤/矿质量比为14∶100,还原温度为1 150℃,催化剂为3%的条件下,通过煤基还原180min,然后经过磁选可获得铁品位为76.56%、钛低于8%的铁精矿。
