含铌船板钢拉伸试验断口分层研究

- 通过现场取样、加工，并采用光谱仪、硫印检测、扫描电镜、能谱仪以及金相分析对含铌船板钢拉伸试验断口分层的原因进行了系统的分析和研究。结果表明，含铌船板钢拉伸试验断口分层主要是由疏松、孔洞和微裂纹在拉伸过程中联合、扩大，以及金属铌块在船板钢中心区域聚集直接引起的。中心偏析、金属铌块在船板中心区域聚集以及组织的异常分布造成了疏松、孔洞和微裂纹的出现。
