基于碳纳米点荧光增强检测铝离子

- Abstract:以抗坏血酸（AA）为碳源，通过一步水热法合成水溶性绿色荧光碳纳米点（Carbon nanodots，CDs）。采用透射电子显微镜（TEM）、X射线光电子能谱（XPS）、傅里叶变换红外光谱（FTIR）、紫外-可见吸收光谱（UV-vis）和荧光光谱对其形貌和性质进行了研究。基于此碳纳米点与Al 3+ 结合产生的荧光增强现象，建立了检测Al 3+ 的荧光分析方法，在50～500 nmol/L(R 2 =0.9988)和500～2000 nmol/L(R 2 =0.9976)范围内呈良好的线性关系，检出限为10.23 nmol/L （S/N=3），并用于对瓶装饮用水样品中Al 3+ 的检测。
