Abstract:
Vibrating mill play an important role in the field of preparation of ultrafine powder, the purposes of vibrating mill load control system is to increase productivity while ensure the mill runs smooth. In this paper, we first summarized prior knowledge to control rules on the basis of analysis after repeated experiments, and realized fuzzy automation take advantage of fuzzy theory.
Since fuzzy controll system not only over rely on experience but also lack self-learning function, then we design fuzzy neural network control system (FNNC)in order to improve control system self-learning function and adaptive capacity while working condition change. Adjust and optimize network performance using back propagation(BP) algorithm. Simulation results show control system dynamic performance significantly improved, overshoot reduce from 23% to 8% ,rise time shorten 0.4 min.
