电沉积法制备泡沫金属铜

  • Abstract:

    采用聚氨脂泡沫为基体，经预处理、化学镀、电沉积和烧结还原工艺制备泡沫铜，通过电子扫描电镜(SEM)观察制备过程中泡沫的形貌，并测定泡沫铜的主要物理性能。结果表明，制备出的泡沫铜为三维网状孔结构，孔分布均匀、空隙率高，具有很好的抗拉强度和韧性。
