基于混合蚁群算法的可重构生产单元布局研究

- Abstract:针对小型生产企业生产单元设施布局重构问题,建立了以物料搬运成本、单元重构成本、生产时间损失成本之和最小为目标,综合考虑了预算约束、空间约束、时间约束的多目标优化模型。以U型生产单元为例,采用蚁群算法和模拟退火算法相结合的混合蚁群算法求解模型,通过实证分析,验证了模型和算法的有效性和可行性,并与解决设施布局问题常用的遗传算法进行对比,进一步验证了该混合蚁群算法的优越性。为生产企业在接到新订单时合理安排生产计划提供决策支持。
