以西安市碑林区中心城区为例，深入分析其地下空间开发利用存在的问题，在此基础上提出点、线、 面三种地下空间开发利用模式，探究中心城区多元化、立体化开发的适宜实施路径，并提出促进地下空间 合理开发利用的建议，为其它城市类似开发利用提供参考。 -
