Abstract:

分析了管线钢热轧板卷起层缺陷特征及工艺影响因素,结果表明,起层缺陷是由原始连铸坯表面微裂纹造成的,而连铸坯表面微裂纹又受到工艺因素的影响。通过优化保护渣性能、提高钢液清洁度、严格控制浇注温度及拉速等方法,可使管线钢起层缺陷得到有效控制。
