Abstract:
首秦公司为满足秦皇岛地区高环保水平的要求,高炉使用的焦炭全部为外部采购,雨季运输过程中会使焦炭的水分超过10%。文章研究了雨季焦炭中水分挥发的规律及不同粒度焦炭的水分,确定了合理和准确检验雨季外购焦炭中水分的方法。通过合理地组织和调配高炉生产,在雨季将入炉焦炭的水分稳定在高炉要求的水平,为高炉顺行、降低燃料比和节能降耗奠定了必要的基础。 -
