高斯如，建筑学博士，西安建筑科技大学建筑学院师资博士后，主要从事人体热舒适、室内热环境营造及建筑节能设计参数等方面研究。在《Building and Environment》《Energy and Buildings》《Scientific Data》《世界建筑》等国内外有影响力的期刊发表论文30余篇，参与编写著作和标准规范4部。入选2024年度博士后创新人才支持计划，获《Building and Environment》期刊最佳论文奖，参与了“十三五”“十四五”国家重点研发计划及国家自然科学基金重点项目等多项国家级科研项目。
