郭雯瑾，教育学博士，西安建筑科技大学 文学院 英文系；曾任在美国洛约拉大学先后担任教育学院方法论系教学助理教授、美国洛约拉大学教育学院公平正义研究中心项目评估专家、教育学院心理学系博士后研究员等。2022年获美国芝加哥洛约拉大学获得课程与教学专业博士学位，其博士论文聚焦“中国性（Chineseness）对中国留学生在美国高校学习经历的影响”，获评 Dissertation with Distinction，是芝加哥洛约拉大学教育学院历史上首篇获此殊荣的教育学博士论文。

郭雯瑾博士的研究领域涵盖文化响应性课程与教学、中国留学生教育经历、国际高等教育，STEM教育，教师教育，教育评估以及中西教育哲学的跨文化对话。在中美两国任教经验丰富，讲授课程涉及课程理论、教育政策、教育学质性研究方法、教育评估与多元文化教育。

郭雯瑾博士先后发表28篇学术论文（含SCI/SSCI期刊论文、专著章节、会议论文），主题涵盖儒释道教育思想、教师教育、多语教育与社会公正等。现任AERA（美国教育研究协会）第171分会（儒释道与教育研究分会）通讯主席，负责会员交流与学术传播工作。郭雯瑾博士积极参与国际学术交流，长期担任多家重要学术期刊审稿人，包括TESOL Journal、European Journal of Education、Curriculum Journal 以及 Journal of Multicultural Education Review 等。
