雷振，副教授，硕士生导师，从事污水资源化领域的研究和教学工作。主持国家自然科学青年基金、国家博士后基金等项目5项，在Water Research等期刊发表第一作者/通讯论文10余篇，授权/受理发明专利7项。担任国际水协会（IWA）中国青年委员会委员，入选西安市青年人才托举计划（2024），获陕西省优秀博士学位论文（2024）、陕西省科技进步一等奖（2023）、陕西高校科学技术特等奖（2022）、一等奖（2024）等。
