高温变形参数对Ti3Al基合金微观组织的影响

  • Abstract:

    本文研究了高温变形参数对Ti-24Al-15Nb-1.5Mo合金显微组织的影响。实验选取的变形温度为980℃，应变速率为10－3 s-1～10－1 s-1，变形程度为30％～50％。结果表明：在变形过程中，应变速率对а2相体积分数影响不大，但对а2相晶粒的形态和尺寸有一定的影响，较高的应变速率有利于细化晶粒；随着变形程度的提高，а2相晶粒的细化程度增加，晶粒相对更加细小。
