戚亮杰,工学博士(后);曾任日本学术振兴会(JSPS)特别研究员(于日本京都大学防灾研究所工作),美国弗吉尼亚理工大学访问学者;西安建筑科技大学高层次引进海外人才、青蓝学者;现为西安建筑科技大学“建筑地震安全与韧性评估”优秀青年科研团队负责人,陕西省“三秦学者”科技创新团队、陕西省“科学家+工程师”团队核心成员;兼任国际非结构性态抗震协会(SPONSE)、日本建筑学会(AIJ)、中国土木工程学会会员等。先后荣获陕西省土木建筑青年科技奖、陕西省优秀博士学位论文、陕西省科技进步奖一等奖、刘恢先地震工程奖学金(每年全球奖励10人)等,入选“中国博士后国际交流计划派出项目”(每年全国入选120人)和“陕西省科协青年...
