浅谈青年教师如何上好混凝土结构课程

- Abstract:为提高青年教师上《混凝土结构设计原理》课程的教学质量，改进传统教学方法，本文在分析该课程特点以及影响青年教师上好该课程的几点因素的基础之上，提出了改进教学方法的新思路，即合理安排教学内容，结合传统和现代教学手段，辅之以课堂语言修养、教学信心与教师个人人格魅力培养。文中也指出青年教师要注重建立工程概念与注重提炼科学问题，建立创新意识与培养综合能力相结合的教学新理念。
