- Abstract:
- 为了提高模型对表面粗糙度的预测精度,同时避免传统机器学习预测方法中由于特征提取和选择等步骤对先验理论知识的依赖,提出一种基于小波包变换(Wavelet Packet Transform, WPT)结合残差网络(Residual Network, ResNet)的表面粗糙度预测方法。该方法利用WPT 将振动信号分解成不同频段的小波包系数,融合各频段小波包系数构成系数矩阵,有利于捕捉相邻频段之间的关系,将无心车床不同方位的系数矩阵进行叠加得到ResNet的输入,利用ResNet自适应提取表征表面粗糙度能力强的特征,实现表面粗糙度的预测。通过和其他预测方法比较,所提方法预测结果与实际测得结果接近,精度有所提高,证明所提方法更有效。
