王先铁,博士,三级教授,博士生导师。中国钢结构协会疲劳与稳定分会、风电结构分会理事,中国建筑节能协会工程改造与加固分会专家组专家。2012年被评为陕西省“青年科技新星”,中组部第12批“西部之光”访问学者(重庆大学)。主要研究方向为可恢复功能防震结构、钢管混凝土组合结构、钢结构稳定与抗震。指导毕业博士/硕士研究生93名。主持国家自然科学基金(4项)、中国博士后科学基金、教育部博士点基金、住房与城乡建设部科研项目、陕西省自然科学基金、陕西省青年科技新星项目及横向科研项目30余项。出版专著2部,主编教材1部,参编教材4部,参编技术标准3部。发表学术论文140余篇,授权国家专利44项(其中发明专利12项)。获省部级科技...
