ZHANG Ying, female, is an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor at Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology. She also serves as the Deputy Director of the International Joint Laboratory on Low Carbon Built Environment, Ministry of Education. Dr. Zhang is a core member of the National Huang Danian-style Teacher Team dedicated to “Underground Space Environment Assurance.”

She has led several research projects, including a Youth Program funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and a sub-project under the National Key R&D Program, “Green Building and Building Industrialization.” Additionally, she has participated in over 10 national and provincial-level research initiatives.

Dr. Zhang has authored over 10 SCI-indexed papers published in high-level international journals, including Engineering, Building and Environment, and Energy and Buildings. She has also contributed to the compilation of four monographs and standards, and holds multiple granted national invention patents. Her contributions were recognized with a First Prize in the Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award presented by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
