五元渣密度及在镍基合金工业熔炼的应用

- Abstract:实验研究了五元渣(质量分数分别为CaF 2 50% 6 5%,CaO 50% 6 5%,Al 2 O 3 18% 3 0%,SiO 2 4% 1 0%,MgO 1% 7 %)的组元含量、熔化温度(1325 1 463℃)对其密度的影响。随着熔渣温度不断升高,其密度呈下降的趋势,1463℃时五元渣的密度为2.199 2 .446 g/cm 3 。65CaF 2 -9CaO-18Al 2 O 3 -8Si O 2 -7Mg O具有较低的密度(2.199 g/cm 3 ),较好的流动性,低的粘度和良好的表面张力。3 t电渣炉熔炼Inconel600和Inconel625镍基合金的工业应用结果表明,电渣铸锭成分均匀性良好,[O]≤20×10 –6 ,[N]≤50×10 –6 ,平均电耗从原来ANF-6渣重熔的1950 kW·h/t降至1322 kW·h/t。
