摘要:Water, food and energy (WFE) are mutually independent and interfered, creating complex correlations that pose risks for decision-makers. In this paper, an Auto-regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model is used to handle the random parameters, and two-stage stochastic programming with Green Z-score criterion method (TSP-GZ) is proposed to manage uncertainties and reduce the risk of decision. The results show: (a) various levels of water shortages occur in different sectors, and flooding occurs at medium–high and high water flow levels. (b) food production reduction mainly at low, low-medium, and medium water flow levels. (c) electric shortage decreases when water levels increase, while causing electric losses. (d) water resources, food production, power generation and system benefits solutions are obtained under various risk attitudes.
